Founded by Sydney hospitality duo Corinna and Felix, Ester Spirits is known for its award-winning gins and boundary-pushing creativity. Recently nominated Best Distillery Bar 2024 by Australian Bartender Magazine, Ester brings its distinctive blend of artistry, science and spirit to this one-night-only collaboration.
Enjoy unlimited pours from a curated selection of three Ester cocktails created exclusively for the event – bright, Mediterranean-inspired and full of character – paired with a Spanish feast showcasing what Percy does best: bold, authentic flavours crafted with care. Indulge in abundant grazing boards of artisan cheeses, cured meats and preserves, alongside a selection of Percy’s most-loved canapés – from txistorra and padrón peppers to new seasonal creations and sweet finishes.
A cash bar will also be available for wine, beer and other beverages throughout the evening.
