Breakfast at Percy

Breakfast at Percy is designed for the kind of morning that does not need rushing. The menu moves easily between something light and something more grounding, from seasonal fruit and bircher muesli to chilli eggs, avocado toast and free range eggs on sourdough. Then there is the Sheepherders Breakfast – a Woolstore favourite with fried egg, Merguez sausage, Lyonnaise potato, goats curd and basil oil – rich, savoury and just a little unexpected in all the right ways.

ST Remio coffee, a proper pot of tea, and a few extra minutes under the atrium light all help set the tone. Whether the day begins with meetings, wandering, or nowhere in particular to be, breakfast here is made to ease you into it.

Dinner

By evening, Percy shifts the mood. The menu leans Spanish, with dishes designed for sharing, bold flavours and enough range to suit anything from a quick drink and a few plates to a longer dinner that unfolds over time. Tapas might begin with gildas, croquetas del dia or charred chilli peppers, before moving into larger plates like black Berkshire pork rib chop with black garlic and estrella vinegar glaze, or salted cod with an oil, garlic and natural fish emulsion.

Drinks are a big part of the experience. The list moves from seasonal cocktails and martinis to vermouth, sherry, Spanish and Australian wines, with enough personality to make staying for one more feel easy. Signature serves like the Baya del Bosque sit alongside a wine selection that favours organic producers and Spanish varietals, all chosen to match the spirit of the room as much as the food.

Join us from 4-9:30pm on Tuesdays – Thursdays, from 4-10pm on Fridays and from 2-10pm on Saturdays. Please note, we are closed Sunday and Monday.
